Exchanges and Returns

1. Return Policy

Tickets purchased in advance are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The museum does not compensate for lost tickets or other related documents, and they cannot be reissued. The customer is responsible for verifying the details related to admission and event tickets, such as opening hours, arrival instructions and age limits.

If the museum is unable to provide the service due to a force majeure event, the museum has the right to cancel the tickets. If the cancellation occurs due to reasons beyond the customer's control, the payment will be refunded to the customer in full.

In case of tangible museum shop products, the customer has the right to exchange or return a product within 14 days according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The returned product, including its packaging, must be in the same condition as when received. All costs arising from the return are paid by the returner, unless there is a clear error in the shipment caused by the supplier. If the package is left unclaimed, we will charge new postage fees for reshipping.

If the product ordered is defective or damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service by email (museokeskus@turku.fi) immediately upon noticing the defect. There will be no additional charges for exchanging a defective product.

2. Return Instructions

Please notify us of your return by email at museokeskus@turku.fi. Include your order number, name, address, and phone number.
